立ち耳ヒアルでヒアルロン酸製剤を注入するのは、耳の軟骨周囲（主に対耳輪や耳甲介周辺）です。

耳の上部が立ち上がったような角度に整えます。

ただし、術後は内出血や軽い腫れが出る場合も。

多くの場合、腫れや内出血は数日以内に落ち着きますが、施術部位の圧迫はNG。

寝るときも枕で耳を圧迫しないよう、体勢に気を付ける必要があります。

ヒアルロン酸製剤は注入後、徐々に体内に吸収されるため、効果の持続期間は半年〜1年ほどが一般的です。

そのため、効果を持続させたい場合は定期的なメンテナンス注入が必要です。
