先日に引き続き、ピコでのトーニングの施術方法、適応についてご案内いたします。

ピコトーニングとは、低出力レーザーの衝撃波によってメラニン顆粒を減少させて、シミ・そばかす・肝斑・くすみなどを目立たなくする治療です。ピコトーニングはメラニン吸光度が高くメラニン色素に反応しやすい性質を持つため、従来のレーザーでは破壊しきれなかった小さい粒子の色素粉砕も可能です。そのため、これまでのレーザー治療では取り切れなかった小さなシミにもアプローチできます。

Pico Toning gradually breaks down and expels melanin pigment with each treatment session. A key feature is that you can experience results with fewer sessions than conventional lasers. Furthermore, this laser treatment can be used not only for facial spots and freckles, but also for darkened areolas and nipples.

肝斑とは、両頬や鼻の下、顎、額などに現れる薄い茶褐色の色素斑のこと。

輪郭がはっきりせず、左右対称で現れるという特徴を持ち、30～40代以降の女性に多く見られます。

一般的なシミには、高出力のレーザーをメラニン色素へ集中的に照射して破壊する治療方法が主流ですが、肝斑の場合は増悪する可能性があるため禁忌とされています。

肝斑は刺激に弱いため、強いレーザーで肝斑のメラノサイトが刺激されるとメラニン生成が活発になり、症状を悪化させる恐れがあるからです。※同様にパッティングや擦る刺激、紫外線でも増悪するので注意が刺激はなるべくさけるようにしてください。

そして、このピコトーニングは、これらのリスクをカバーできる施術です。

低出力のレーザーを均一かつ広範囲に照射する施術のため、メラノサイトを刺激せずに肝斑の除去を目指すことが可能。

Treatment frequency varies by clinic, but we recommend sessions every 2 to 4 weeks at our clinic. Waiting too long between treatments can make it difficult to notice results, while excessive treatments may increase the risk of hyperpigmentation or hypopigmentation. Therefore, receiving treatment at an appropriate pace is crucial. However, the optimal treatment interval varies depending on your skin condition.
