朝鏡を見たとき、「あれ…昨日ちゃんと寝たはずなのに、なんか疲れて見える…」
そんな経験、ありませんか？
その“疲れ顔”の正体は、もしかすると目の下のくまかもしれません。
メイクで隠そうとすればするほど厚塗りになってしまい、逆に老け見えすることも。
そこで最近注目されているのがくま取り。
今回は、くまができる原因から、美容医療での改善方法、ダウンタイムや効果の持ちまで、できるだけリアルにお伝えします。
1. 「くま取り」って何をするの？
くま取りは、目の下にできる影や色を改善する美容施術のこと。
一言で“くま”といっても、実は原因が全然違います。

青くま…血流の悪さや皮膚の薄さで青っぽく見えるタイプ

茶くま…色素沈着による茶色っぽいタイプ

黒くま…たるみや凹みが影をつくるタイプ
原因によって治療法がまったく変わるので、「まずは何くまなのか」を知ることが第一歩です。
2. くまの原因、もう少し深掘り
青くま
睡眠不足や眼精疲労、冷えなどで血流が滞り、皮膚の下の血管が透けて見える状態です。
コンシーラーで隠しても、時間が経つと浮いてきやすいタイプ。
茶くま
紫外線や摩擦が原因でメラニン色素が沈着した状態。
アイメイクをゴシゴシ落とす習慣や、目をこするクセも影響します。
黒くま
加齢や筋力の低下で皮膚や脂肪が下がり、影ができて黒っぽく見えるタイプ。
笑ったときに影が目立つなら、このタイプの可能性大です。
3. 美容医療でのくま取り方法
ヒアルロン酸/ベビーコラーゲン注入
凹みをふっくらさせることで影をなくす方法。
施術時間は10〜20分ほど、腫れや赤みは数日程度で済むことが多いです。
Fat injection
自分の脂肪を採取して目の下に入れる方法。
定着すれば長く持つのが魅力。
外科的治療（経結膜脱脂術/表・裏ハムラ術）
目の下の脂肪が前に出ているタイプに有効。
軽結膜脱脂術と裏ハムラはまぶたの裏側からアプローチするため、外から傷は見えません。
レーザー治療
血流改善やメラニン除去を目的に行う方法。
青くま・茶くまに向いています。
4. ダウンタイムってどれくらい？
施術によって違いますが、目安はこんな感じです。

注入：数日～１週間

外科手術：1〜2週間腫れや内出血

レーザー：赤みが数日
腫れが引くまでは予定を詰めすぎないほうが安心です。
5. 効果はどのくらい持つ？

ヒアルロン酸：半年〜1年ほど

脂肪注入：定着すれば長期

レーザー：数か月〜年単位（定期ケアが理想）
生活習慣次第で持ちは変わるので、施術後もケアは大事です。
6. 自宅でできるくまケア
施術を受けない人も、日々の習慣で目元の印象は変えられます。
