Inner corner blepharoplasty is a surgical procedure that involves incising the skin fold (epicanthal fold) at the inner corner of the eye to widen the eye's horizontal width.
Prominent epicanthal folds can make eyes appear smaller or conceal the double eyelid line. An epicanthoplasty can make eyes appear more distinct and larger, while also making the double eyelid line appear more natural and beautiful.
