簡単に低コストでできることを探している方も多いのではないでしょうか？
ということで今回は、「ピーリングは毛穴に効くのか？」というテーマでお話していきます。
結論を言うと。
ピーリングは毛穴ケアに有効な方法のひとつと言えますが、実は“引き算ケア”だけでは限界があるのも事実です。
1. ピーリングは毛穴に効くのか？
ピーリングは、フルーツ酸（AHA）やサリチル酸（BHA）などを用いて
ターンオーバーを促し、古い角質を除去する作用があります。
＜ピーリングの効果＞
・角質除去→ 毛穴詰まりの改善
・皮脂分泌の調整→ ニキビ予防
・肌表面の凹凸をなめらかに→ 毛穴の目立ちを軽減
といった効果が挙げられ、 “毛穴をきれいにする引き算ケア” としては非常に効果的です。
2. 引き算ケアには限界がある
ピーリングは余分な角質や皮脂を減らすことは得意ですが、
・加齢による毛穴の開き（たるみ毛穴）
・真皮層のコラーゲン不足によるハリ低下
・ニキビ跡の凹凸
such as 構造的な原因による毛穴の開きにはアプローチが弱い というデメリットがあります。
つまり「毛穴の開きそのもの」ではなく、「開いた毛穴に詰まった皮脂や角栓」にアプローチする役割なのです。
3. 足し算ケア＝ジュベルックとの併用
