タレ目形成がおすすめです。

タレ目形成＝お人形の目になりすぎて不自然　というイメージがありますが、

調整加減でナチュラルにも、造形感が強い目にも可能です。

個人的にはナチュラルで上品な仕上がりが好きです。

タレ目形成は皮膚切開する場合と、結膜(瞼の裏から)切開する場合があります。

今回はその適応に関してお話しします。

◯結膜切開症例

瞼の裏を切開するので表に傷跡が残りません。

脱脂や裏ハムラと同時に行う事ができます。

結膜を操作するので1ヶ月ほど目が浮腫みやすいです。

◯皮膚切開症例

睫毛の近くの皮膚を切開します。術後1週間前後で抜糸が必要になります。

下眼瞼の傷は目立たなくなる事が多いです。

術前から逆さまつげ気味の場合にタレ目形成をする悪化するので、下瞼の余分な皮膚を一部切除することで予防します。

また皮膚切開からのアプローチの方が引き下げ力が強いと言われているので、強い変化を臨む場合は皮膚切開で行います。

過去に脱脂している症例も、CPFという瞼を引き下げる筋肉が切断され、瘢痕化していることが多いので表から行う事があります。

タレ目形成を受けたい方は涙袋を好まれる傾向にあり、外科的涙袋形成術と同時に行うこともあります。
