前回の記事では、目の下のクマは「ふくらみ」だけでなく「凹み」も同時に存在し、影を生む本当の原因は“凹み”にあることをお伝えしました。

脱脂だけ行ってふくらみを減らしても、凹みだけ強調されるとむしろ老けて見えてしまうケースもあります。

In other wordsクマ治療では、ふくらみを取るだけでなく、“凹みにアプローチすること”が本質である、ということがとても重要になります。

では、ふくらみと凹みを同時に整えるにはどうすればよいのか。

その理にかなった方法が、今回のテーマであるHamra lawis.

■ 膨らみと凹みを“一度に”整えられる唯一の手術

目元の構造は非常に立体的で、「眼窩脂肪の前方突出（ふくらみ）」「tear trough（凹み）」「 mid-cheek groove（下方へのライン）」がセットで影を形成しています。

脱脂やフィラーなど、単一のアプローチではどうしても限界があり、どこかに歪みが出たり、時間経過で不自然になったりします。

その中でハムラ法は、“ふくらみと凹みの両方に、一回の手術でアプローチできる”という極めて合理的な治療法です。

構造そのものを整えるため、将来の再発・不自然な凹み・脂肪不足による老け感といった問題の予防にもつながります。

■ ハムラ法は“脂肪を生かす手術”

ハムラ法では、突出している眼窩脂肪を切除するのではなく、凹みに向かって移動させて再配置I will do so.

具体的には、ふくらみとして前に出ていた眼窩脂肪を、tear trough〜mid-cheek の凹みにボリュームとして再配置することで、影を根本的に改善できます。

前回の記事で「脱脂＋αが必要」とお伝えした、その“＋α”がまさにこのアプローチです。

• 脱脂：脂肪を「減らす」

• ハムラ：脂肪を「使う・移動させる」

凹みにボリュームを戻すことで影が自然に軽くなり、若々しい輪郭が再構築されます。

さらに重要なのが、眼窩隔膜（隔膜）を骨膜に固定して引き締める“隔膜タイトニング”です。これにより脂肪の前方への突出（脂肪ヘルニア）が抑えられ、再発しにくいStructureが作れます。

■ 同じハムラ法でも“表ハムラ”と“裏ハムラ”の違い

ハムラ法の「中で行う処置自体」は、表ハムラでも裏ハムラでも基本的に同じです。

違いは、皮膚側を切開するかどうか。

表ハムラ（切開ハムラ）

• 皮膚側から切開する

• 皮膚のたるみがある場合に必要

• 脂肪移動＋隔膜タイトニングに加えて、余剰皮膚も切除できる

裏ハムラ

• 下まぶたの裏側（結膜側）からアプローチ

• 皮膚の切開なし

• たるみがない場合

• 傷が表に出ない

In other words,皮膚のたるみの有無によって“表 or 裏”を選ぶだけで、核心となるハムラ法の処置は共通というイメージです。

■ まとめ：ハムラ法はクマ治療の“核心”を押さえた手術

• ふくらみと凹みの同時治療ができる

• 脱脂だけでは消せない影に対応できる

• 表と裏の違いは“切開の方向”だけ

• 皮膚のたるみがあれば表、なければ裏を選択

• 脂肪を生かすため、将来的な凹みリスクを避けられる
