■ Vertical expansion (improves upper eyelid opening)
● Ptosis Surgery (Levator Advancement and Shortening)
Fundamental treatment to make the eyes themselves easier to open.
The iris becomes more visible, and the vertical size changes noticeably.
People who appear sleepy or who open their eyes with tension in their eyebrows are more likely to be suitable candidates.
● Double Eyelid Surgery (Suture Method / Incision Method)
When double eyelids form, an optical illusion occurs where the eyes appear larger even when the whites and irises are the same size.
Additionally, for those with thicker eyelid skin, creating double eyelids can fold the eyelid back, potentially improving the actual opening of the eye.
● Brow Lift (Upper Eyelid Sagging Removal)
For those with significant excess skin, double eyelid surgery alone has limitations, as the weight of the skin makes it difficult to open the eyes.

By moving the ligament itself laterally (and downward), it becomes less prone to slipping back and can be clearly spread out in the lateral and oblique downward directions.
