This is a question that is naturally asked frequently in counseling.
Anyone who has ever considered fat injections has imagined how much swelling, internal bleeding....
In this issue, I would like to explain the actual cases I have operated on, showing them in chronological order.
Facial fat injections: peak appearance on days 3-5
The biggest concern is swelling and swelling.
First, let me show you a preoperative photo.

Immediately after surgery:
It is puffy, but surprisingly it doesn't look terrible. The swelling will begin the night of the day and continue through the next day. During this time, it is important to keep the body cool and awake at home. ⭕️
Days 3-5:
Peak of swelling. This is the period when the internal bleeding spreads and falls down according to gravity. It is best to keep the body awake during this period as well, but it is better to keep the affected area warm so that the metabolism will increase and the internal bleeding will recede more quickly.
If possible, KO light will increase metabolism and speed up recovery from downtime.
(KO Light is a light therapy that can be used to reduce postoperative swelling and internal bleeding.)

2 weeks:
Swelling and internal bleeding will quickly subside, and the internal bleeding will change to a shade that can be concealed with makeup. It is said that if makeup is applied, it is almost imperceptible to others.
1 month:
At this point, the situation settles down to a state of no significant change.
Nevertheless, the complete system of surgical treatment is generally six months later, so even from this point on, swelling will slowly decrease and the color will settle down if there are incisions or other scars.
