Only those listed above will be accepted.
Definition of existing patients: Patients who have received injections or surgery by Dr. Hotta at BIANCA. (Those who have only had counseling but not treatment are not eligible)
📍If you have already had a procedure performed by Dr. Hotta by the end of August 2022, please be assured that we will continue to accept appointments after September [as an existing patient] ✨.
