Many people express a desire to get double eyelids through surgery, yet hesitate to take the step due to concerns about downtime.
This patient had undergone repeated buried suture procedures but desired an incisional double eyelid surgery because the results were unstable.
We created double eyelids using an incision method without significantly altering the width compared to the buried suture technique.
Swelling progression at 6 days post-surgery.
With makeup, I think it wouldn't look too out of place in public.
