I adjusted the asymmetry to ensure the double eyelid line appears clearly.👀

Top: Preoperative Bottom: 3 months postoperative

A slight asymmetry remains, but this is because the right eye had a tendency to droop preoperatively, leading to a habit of raising the right eyebrow. This habit has not yet been fully corrected postoperatively. ⚠️ Going forward, administering Botox to the area above the right eyebrow will correct this habit of raising it, thereby resolving the asymmetry. 💉
