Revision of Nasal Septum Extension Performed at Another Hospital

The patient had undergone nasal septum extension in Korea and wanted to improve the impression of a long nose and make it more up-nosed.
For a nasal septum extension, it was expected that the foundation with grafted cartilage would be weak because it collapsed when the tip of the nose was pressed.
However, since no significant change was desired, we decided not to perform re-lengthening with rib cartilage, but only with auricular cartilage graft.
The nasal tip was adjusted using the Columella Strut technique and the Onlay cap graft graft graft.
The result is a natural upnose!
