This patient had undergone repeated buried suture procedures but desired an incisional double eyelid surgery because the results were unstable.
Double eyelids were created via incision without significantly altering the width from the buried suture method. This shows the swelling progression at 6 days post-surgery.
With makeup, I think it wouldn't look too out of place in public.
Of course, the degree of swelling varies from person to person.
