This patient had undergone repeated buried suture procedures but desired an incisional double eyelid surgery because the results were unstable.
We created double eyelids using an incision method without significantly altering the width compared to the buried suture technique.
This shows the swelling progression at 6 days post-surgery. At this level, I think you can go out in public wearing makeup without feeling too self-conscious.
