This time, as it was intended to be the final procedure, I was entrusted with performing the fourth revision surgery.
The Gore-Tex implant that had become deformed and bent was removed, and a custom prosthesis was used to achieve a clean nasal bridge.
The tip of the nose had a slightly drooping appearance, so we adjusted it using the Columella Strut method to achieve a shape with a natural roundness and a slightly upward tilt.
