For patients who are thin and cannot achieve their desired breast size with fat grafting alone, or for cases where rippling occurs—where the contours of silicone implants become visible on the surface, resulting in an unnatural appearance—combining this procedure with Condensed Rich Fat (CRF) allows for a more natural breast augmentation.
