This patient has pronounced, widespread hollows beneath the cheekbones. When smiling, the prominent cheekbones created a noticeable step-down effect against the sunken areas.
Three vials of hyaluronic acid were used in the sunken area below the cheekbones, and one vial of soft hyaluronic acid was used for the nasolabial folds beside the mouth. I believe the result was a smooth, even contour with no unevenness immediately after the procedure.
