Condensed Rich Fat
We had been performing maintenance with hyaluronic acid as needed on areas where fat volume had decreased, such as the forehead, temples, and cheeks, resulting in noticeable hollows. This time, we dissolved the hyaluronic acid throughout and performed fat grafting.
Depressed areas can create uneven contours and shadows, making the face appear larger and saggier than it actually is, and often leading to a tired or aged appearance. This monitor client had fat grafting to restore volume to the forehead, temples, cheeks, under-eye area, nasolabial folds, and marionette lines. The result is a plump, youthful look.
I don't think moss is absolutely evil! I understand that some people actually prefer a slightly mossy feel, or that it suits the atmosphere. I hope we can discuss this thoroughly during our consultation.
