Double Buried Suture Method: 4-Point Fixation　
This is the condition immediately after surgery.
The right eye has been widened slightly beyond its original shape, while the left eye has been lowered, primarily at the outer corner, to correct multiple lines.
Because it's a simple procedure, the outcome depends entirely on the design.

During counseling, and of course before surgery, we'll review the design together while looking in the mirror.
