Please undergo the injection treatment or surgery by the end of August.

※ For new patients requesting Dr. Hotta for counseling only, appointments are unavailable after September.
※ The initial consultation fee for Dr. Hotta is ¥5,500 (tax included).

We will continue accepting new applications after September.
