【1】From My Page

・From the My Page section on the official LINE account

You may cancel your reservation.
※From the reservation form you submitted
Please cancel.

 

▼Cancellation Procedure for Online Reservations
❶ Tap the "≡" in the upper left corner.

❷ Select My Page Member Login.

・Registered email address
・Enter your password
※First-time logins
After setting your own password
Please enter.

※Once you have logged in,
Welcome, ●●-san, at the top
Your name will be displayed.
❸ Select "Reservation List".
❹The reservation details you wish to cancel
Select "View Details".
❺ On the reserved date and time
Select "Cancel Reservation"
❻ When you select "Yes" for the final confirmation,
❼ Your reservation cancellation is complete.

 

【2】From the phone's navigation dial
　Message on the answering machine
Follow the navigation dial
The content you wish to cancel
Please leave a message on the answering machine.
・Reservation date and time
・Full Name
The above two items and your request to cancel
Please tell them verbally.

 

※On the answering machine
We do not accept reservation changes.

If you wish to make changes,
Please call the separate navigation dial number.
We are providing information.

 

Please note that if you cancel less than 48 hours before your reservation date and time,
A change or cancellation fee of ¥2,200 (tax included) will be charged.
Please be advised that this will incur a charge.
