Effective August 1, 2024
Initial consultation fee: ¥5,500 (tax included)
Follow-up visit fee: ¥3,300 (tax included)
A fee will be charged.

※The above charges apply even for free vaginal examinations.
※A follow-up visit fee will be charged for consultations only.

Effective August 2024, the following consultation fees will apply when requesting Dr. Miyamoto specifically:

 

■Initial Consultation Fee:Patients seeing Dr. Miyamoto for the first time (both new and returning patients) will be charged an initial consultation fee as the first appointment fee.

■Follow-up Visit Fee:Patients who have already been examined by Dr. Miyamoto will be charged a follow-up visit fee for subsequent visits. However, the follow-up visit fee applies only when the visit consists solely of an examination.
