Consultation feeを頂戴する運びとなりました。

※前田医師を初めてご指名される場合の
初回指名診察料5,500円かかります。

２回目以降、前田医師の診察は

3,300円ご料金がかかります。

※再診料は、診察のみでお帰りになる場合のみ発生いたします。
