Tattoos that beautify people and connect with their feelings—tattoos that embody life
In Japan, tattoos carry a strong negative image and are often restricted in various settings. However, tattoos originally served as an ancient human practice to express art, prayer, personal symbols, and cherished sentiments. Around the world, tattooing has already been integrated into medical care, with systems established where tattoo artists collaborate with medical professionals to support patients. Beyond the well-known nipple tattoos seen overseas, tattooing also includes drawing nails for individuals who have lost part of a finger, creating facial masks for those with partial facial damage, and covering other body parts.
Making people beautiful and healing their hearts. This is the "living" tattoo offered by Bianca Clinic.

CHARACTERISTICSMedical Permanent Makeup
Medical permanent makeup is a procedure that involves injecting pigment into the shallow layers of the skin using specialized needles to create coloration. In Japan, permanent makeup is recognized as a medical procedure, and it is mandatory for it to be performed by a physician or by a nurse under a physician's supervision.
At Bianca Clinic, treatments are performed by Anzy Jung, a Korean-born permanent makeup artist with international experience and a distinguished teaching career. Anzy Jung studied Japanese architectural aesthetics and spatial design at an art university in Japan, where she developed the "Anzy Natural Eyebrow" technique—an evolution of the latest Korean technology. She became a pioneer of natural eyebrow permanent makeup culture in Japan.
Beyond simply providing high-quality tattooing services, I work as an artist who connects hearts—creating tattoos that are not merely cosmetic, but pieces that accompany a person throughout their life.
Eyebrow Art Makeup: Customized Brows to Complement Your Facial Structure
Eyebrow Permanent Makeup is a “Leave it to ANZY!” custom plan where we design your brows during your session based on your preferences and condition. Anzy Jung specializes in combining natural-looking brow strokes with soft powder effects to create brows that not only look beautiful but also complement your overall facial balance and bone structure.
Hair stroke... A technique where each individual hair is hand-carved to recreate natural hair flow.
Powder... A technique that creates fine dots for a soft impression.
Lip, eyeliner, and mole treatments are available only when performed concurrently with eyebrow treatments. For details, please inquire at the time of booking.
Natural-looking color for a bright impression|Lip Permanent Makeup
Lip art makeup is another highly popular treatment alongside eyebrow art makeup. Rather than altering the shape of the lips, this procedure imparts a natural, healthy flush. Even without makeup, it leaves lips looking healthy and vibrant.
Lip art makeup is recommended for those with the following concerns:
- looks pale
- I want to make the lip line stand out clearly.
- I'm troubled by pigmentation on my lips.
Treatment colors can be customized to each individual's preferences. Whether you desire a natural finish or vibrant color payoff, we achieve your ideal shade through consultation. This popular treatment is chosen not only by women seeking to save time on makeup but also by men concerned about their lip color.
Benefits
MERITConfident in my natural appearance
By harmonizing the color of your eyebrows and lips, your entire face appears brighter even without makeup. This enhances your natural beauty and boosts your confidence in your bare face.
It saves time and eliminates worries about makeup smudging.
Medical permanent makeup can significantly reduce your morning makeup routine. Since it won't fade from sweat or sebum, it maintains a beautiful finish for extended periods.
A reassuring support system only possible at a medical institution
Medical permanent makeup is performed under the supervision of a physician in a hygienic and safe environment. Its defining feature is the ability to provide immediate medical intervention should any skin issues arise.

RECOMMENDED POINTSArt makeup that walks alongside you, empathizing with your background.
In permanent makeup, technical skill alone is not the only important factor. Carefully understanding the background and aspirations of our clients—why they want permanent makeup and what kind of self they wish to become—is also a vital role for us as practitioners. Rather than simply performing a one-size-fits-all procedure, we empathize with each individual's feelings and work together to envision their ideal image. We believe this approach enables permanent makeup that truly connects with the heart.
Moreover, beauty trends shift rapidly in recent years, and practitioners themselves cannot provide truly valuable services if they neglect to stay updated. That is precisely why we actively study global trends and the latest techniques, constantly honing our skills to deliver the most optimal and cutting-edge permanent makeup.
Adding flowers to emotional wounds|A compassionate approach to healthcare
I'm Anzy Jung, the medical permanent makeup artist at Bianca Clinic. I became a nurse because I wanted to deliver hope through tattooing.
Previously, when we offered a service to cover stretch marks and pregnancy lines with skin color, we received many inquiries from people troubled by self-harm scars. Through these conversations, I learned that the act of "covering bodily scars" isn't just about improving appearance—it's also about accompanying the memories tied to those scars, the painful past, and the sad emotions.
However, skin color products struggle to fully conceal raised scars. Seeking a way to foster a more positive outlook, we developed the "Flower Prescription."
“Flower Prescription” is a treatment that covers wrist scars with a bracelet-like design, using a "flower tattoo" featuring a flower language that suits the individual.
For those who wish to be happy, we offer violets; for those who wish to believe in unchanging love, we offer asters. By wearing a flower that symbolizes your own wishes and feelings, we hope you will gradually light a flame within your heart. This is the sentiment we pour into each piece.
If you're unsure about what shapes and colors suit you, that's exactly why you should consult with us.
Many people struggle with questions like, "I don't know what colors suit me," or "I can't picture my ideal eyebrow or lip shape." While they're interested, it's not uncommon for people to hesitate, thinking, "What if I mess it up...?"
At Bianca Clinic, we carefully assess your bone structure, skin tone, and habitual facial expressions to propose a design that harmonizes with your overall facial balance. We place great importance on thoroughly understanding your desired impression and treatment goals, carefully aligning a design suited to your bone structure with your ideal image.
We offer personalized recommendations that balance what suits you with your desired look, catering to your fashion and makeup preferences. Even if you're feeling uncertain, you can consult with us with confidence. Many of our clients are first-time permanent makeup users, and we've seen an increase in male consultations recently.
Even if you're still undecided, please feel free to come in for a consultation.

Frequently Asked Questions About Medical Permanent Makeup
Q&AWhat is the difference between medical permanent makeup and tattooing?
Medical permanent makeup differs from tattoos in that it naturally fades over time. Tattoos remain semi-permanent because pigment is placed in the deeper layer of the skin (the dermis), whereas medical permanent makeup deposits pigment in the shallower epidermis, allowing it to fade naturally through skin turnover.
How long does medical permanent makeup last?
The duration of medical permanent makeup generally lasts about 1 to 3 years. The color retention and fading rate may vary depending on skin type and skincare habits. Retouching before it completely fades allows you to maintain a beautiful appearance.
Is it okay to wear makeup on the day of the treatment?
Yes, you may wear makeup when you come in for your appointment. We will remove the makeup from the treatment area, but seeing your usual makeup helps us better understand your ideal design and desired outcome. If you have preferences—such as "I'd like a shape that complements my everyday look" or "I prefer a natural finish that looks good even without makeup"—please feel free to discuss them with us beforehand.
Does medical permanent makeup hurt?
Medical permanent makeup uses topical anesthesia to ensure a pain-conscious procedure. While individual experiences vary, some describe it as a "prickly sensation" or "a slight pressure-like feeling." If you're concerned about pain, rest assured that additional anesthesia can be applied during the procedure. If you have anxiety about discomfort, please feel free to discuss it during your pre-procedure consultation. We will do our utmost to help you relax and feel comfortable throughout the process.
Is there any downtime or swelling after medical permanent makeup?
After treatment, redness and swelling may occur for several days to a week. During this downtime, it is important to keep the treated area clean. As UV rays, sweat, and friction can cause irritation, we ask that you refrain from strenuous exercise, saunas, and hot springs for a while.
When can I start wearing makeup after medical permanent makeup?
You may apply makeup to areas other than the treated area starting the same day, but please refrain from applying makeup to the treated area for about one week.
Is it possible that you might not be able to receive medical permanent makeup treatment?
Yes, depending on your physical condition or constitution, we may not be able to provide treatment. For safety reasons, we may decline treatment for individuals who are pregnant or breastfeeding, those with infectious diseases or chronic conditions, or those with allergies. If you are unsure whether you fall into any of these categories, please feel free to consult with our doctors or staff during your preliminary consultation.
