Among the popular broad-spectrum skin-nourishing products trending lately, PN (polynucleotide) formulations are particularly sought after. You've probably heard terms like Purreal or Rejuran, haven't you?

Both polynucleotides are skin boosters derived from components extracted from DNA fragments isolated from salmon and trout testes. When injected into the dermis, they promote the repair and regeneration of cells and tissues, as well as the formation of new blood vessels. They aid in the production of diverse growth factors within skin tissue and create an environment conducive to cell proliferation. Injecting DNA fragments tricks cells into perceiving damage, activating the tissue repair mechanism. PN formulations are said to cause slightly more pain compared to other skin-nourishing agents. However, at BIANCA CLINIC, we have independently researched the formulation to minimize the stress caused by injection pain while maintaining the same efficacy. We carefully balance the combination of anesthetics to eliminate discomfort. Furthermore, we use ultra-fine 34G needles to minimize pain and bruising. To ensure precise delivery to the targeted layer, we strategically select between 4mm and 2mm needles based on the specific treatment requirements.
Rejuran (Salmon injection)
By stimulating fibroblasts and regenerating skin, it thickens the epidermis and dermis, improving skin firmness and tightness while enhancing elasticity and volume. It also increases vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) to promote angiogenesis, offering localized blood flow improvement. This can help reduce dark circles caused by congestion around the eyes and improve redness by suppressing abnormal blood vessels. Its anti-inflammatory properties contribute to repairing acne scars and wounds, as well as reducing UV damage. By balancing sebum production and enhancing skin hydration, it refines skin texture. Through these diverse actions, it guides the skin toward a youthful appearance.
Additionally, we tailor the use of Rejuran i (Rejuran Eye) for eye area treatments based on each patient's concerns, treatment area, and skin condition. Standard Rejuran is primarily used on the entire face, forehead, neck, and décolleté. It is characterized by its multi-purpose application for a wide range of concerns, including sagging, loss of firmness, enlarged pores, nasolabial folds, forehead wrinkles, and acne scars. Rejuran i, however, is a formulation specifically designed for the eye area. Its low viscosity makes it easy to blend, making it ideal for treating fine lines around the delicate, thin skin of the eyes and dark circles under the eyes. It can also be used around the delicate skin of the mouth.
Unlike hyaluronic acid injections, which deliver dramatic changes like lifting wrinkles or restoring volume in a single session, this treatment works by restoring skin elasticity and firmness. This allows it to address wrinkles and fine lines that are difficult to improve with hyaluronic acid or Botox injections, resulting in a natural finish without that “done” look.

Like Rejuran, this formulation utilizes GNA fragments extracted from salmon to activate skin cells and promote collagen production, thereby improving skin elasticity and firmness. It is also expected to provide antioxidant effects and reduce inflammation. This skin-nurturing injection therapy focuses on prevention and repair to promote skin regeneration. Now, you've probably started hearing about PDRN (polydeoxyribonucleotide) products in cosmetics. Since these are cosmetic formulations, their purity is slightly lower compared to PN preparations. However, by reducing the molecular weight, they aim to help your skin renew itself even with daily cosmetics—normalizing skin metabolism for a firm, radiant, and finely textured complexion! 💕

This treatment is highly effective in enhancing the longevity and efficacy of skin-nurturing injections.
