リジュラン（Rejuran Healer）
リジュラン（サーモン注射）とは 、PN（ポリヌクレオチド）を主体とした皮内への注射製剤であり、サーモンのDNAから抽出したDNA断片を高純度に加工し、美容目的で使用される製剤です。
正式名称はリジュランヒーラー（Rejuran Healer）。DNA断片を入れることで、自身の創傷治癒能力を用いた、細胞や組織の修復・再生、血管の新生を促す作用があり、異常血管の修復や炎症を助ける作用があり、赤ら顔（酒さ）にも効果が期待できるともいわれています。
重要なのは、線維芽細胞を刺激し細胞を増殖させ皮膚を再生することで表皮や真皮に厚みを持たせ、肌のハリ改善や引き締め、弾力を作り、単なるボリュームアップにとどまらない自然な若返りが期待できる治療です。
さらには血管内皮成長因子（VEGF）を増加させ血管形成を促すため局所的な血流改善作用もあり、目元のうっ血によるクマの改善も期待できます。抗炎症作用があり、ニキビ痕や傷痕の修復、紫外線ダメージの軽減や、異常血管を修復するなどにも寄与。皮脂のバランスを整え、肌の保湿力を向上させるといった作用で肌のキメを整えます。多様な働きで肌を若々しい印象に導きます。

最近、クリニックによっては、リジュラントゥルースキンエッセンスといったコスメグレードの製剤が皮内注射に用いられていることがあるようですが、成分の濃度、純度、無菌性が注射用ではないこと、防腐剤や香料などが含まれている可能性もあり、体内で異物反応や感染のリスクが否定できません。
このような化粧品、エステ導入美容液、PDRN配合コスメも同様にコスメグレードのため注入不可ということを知っておいてください。
