How about rejuvenating the back of your hand with Gouri?
As an Assistant Professor, Associate Ward Director, and Chief of Dermatopathology at the university hospital dermatology department, I deepened my expertise through academic presentations and paper publications both domestically and internationally. I have handled a wide range of treatments, from birthmark therapy in children to adult pigmentation concerns, utilizing various lasers and injection therapies, while also contributing to community healthcare. Through encountering numerous cases, I strongly felt the potential and necessity of aesthetic medicine, resolving to pursue further expertise. Building upon my solid dermatological knowledge and meticulous diagnostic skills, I value treatments that gently support each individual's skin while bringing out its inherent beauty.
Have you heard of a drug called GOURI?

I am Dr. Aya Hayama, a board-certified dermatologist.
GOURI is
Gouri is the world's firstLiquid PCL (Polycaprolactone) InjectionIt is a liquid collagen booster.
PCL is widely used as a material for thread lifts. It is a biodegradable polymer known for promoting collagen production in the skin's dermis, thereby providing a lifting effect.
Furthermore, being a liquid formulation, it offers superior safety characteristics with higher production efficiency compared to solid PSL particles. Consequently, it spreads rapidly across the entire face after injection, delivering a natural finish. Since multiple injection sites are unnecessary, it rarely causes the skin lumpiness often seen with other skin-enhancing products.
GouriAs a difference from other skin boostersIt spreads naturally over a wide area, promoting overall skin quality improvement rather than localized plumping like hyaluronic acid. Particularly, it remains in the body for an extended period and has a sustained-release effect,The effect of increasing collagen over the medium to long termIt promotes skin texture refinement, enhances elasticity, firmness, and radiance, and delivers a natural lifting effect.

Duration, Frequency, and Perceived Effectiveness of Treatment
The effect peaks after 1 to 2 months. It is often said that this is the case.
Duration: Approximately six months to one yearIt is considered that additional treatments every few months are recommended as maintenance.
Normally Once a month, a three-session introductory course is recommended. After that, we will proceed to the maintenance treatment.

Features of GOURI
Conventional injectable formulations carried risks such as granulation tissue formation and embolism (where microparticles block blood vessels). Gouri, however, presents fewer such risks and can be injected throughout the entire face, delivering a natural lifting effect. While Gouri stimulates fibroblasts to generate new collagen in the skin upon injection, Gouri itself does not contain collagen. Rather than immediate results, it gradually enhances skin elasticity and lifting effects over several months following the procedure.
For optimal results, we recommend an injection of 2cc or more.
Gouri underwent safety testing by North American Science Associates (NAMSA) in 2018, completed clinical trials in Korea for KFDA approval, and obtained CE marking* in 2021.
※This mark indicates that a product complies with the essential requirements of the relevant directives governing the health and safety protection of users, as stipulated in the European Union's harmonized legislation known as the New Approach Directives, established by the European Commission (EC).
