GOURI is the world's first liquid-type PCL (polycaprolactone) formulation, developed in May 2021*. PCL is one of the components used as the material for threads in thread lifts. By entering the skin's interior, it stimulates fibroblasts, enhances skin tissue, and supports collagen production. It is suitable for concerns such as skin laxity, sagging, loss of elasticity, as well as depressions, wrinkles, and dark circles under the eyes.
Gouri is a liquid formulation with relatively high diffusion properties. Its characteristic feature is that the product naturally spreads at the injection site, resulting in a natural-looking effect with minimal discomfort. At Bianca, treatments are available for facial areas of concern such as the forehead, under the eyes, cheeks, and around the mouth, as well as the neck, décolleté, elbows, and the back of the hands.

GOURI is the world's first collagen booster primarily composed of liquid PCL (polycaprolactone). Gouri is a treatment that supports collagen production; the formulation itself does not contain collagen. By injecting Gouri, it stimulates fibroblasts, strengthens skin tissue, and powerfully increases collagen in the skin. Rather than being a treatment where “effects are felt immediately after injection,” it gradually enhances skin thickness and elasticity over about a month, aiming for a lifting effect.
The formulation itself spreads rapidly after injection, but its relatively long degradation time ensures sustained support for collagen production over an extended period. Compared to conventional injectable formulations, it has lower risk and higher safety.
Conventional injectable formulations sometimes caused side effects such as granulation tissue formation or embolism due to microparticles blocking blood vessels. However, Gouri is liquid with high diffusion properties, minimizing these risks and allowing injection into any facial area to address concerns.
Gouri underwent safety testing by North American Science Associates (NAMSA) in 2018, completed clinical trials in Korea for KFDA* approval, and obtained CE marking* in 2021. These certifications are another source of reassurance.

Since Gouri itself does not contain collagen, the treatment aims to gradually and naturally achieve skin elasticity and lifting effects over the course of one month following injection, rather than producing visible changes immediately after the procedure. While the degree and duration of effects vary from person to person, Bianca recommends three treatments spaced three months apart. After that, we advise consulting with your physician before resuming treatments, typically after one year has passed. Please consult with us each time.

Liquid PCL rapidly spreads to assist collagen production, enhancing skin firmness, radiance, and elasticity while addressing laxity, sagging, wrinkles, and roughness. Gouri can also be injected in areas beyond the face, such as the décolleté showing signs of aging, or rough elbows and hands.

Our clinic also offers Gouri injections using the Dermapen 4. The Dermapen 4 is a pen-shaped device with 16 ultra-fine needles at its tip. It creates micro-channels in the skin to stimulate the body's natural healing response. Combining Gouri with Dermapen 4 facilitates the delivery of cosmetic ingredients deep into the skin's dermis. As downtime for Gouri, redness, swelling, edema, bruising, hives, and itching may occur. These symptoms typically subside over time and become unnoticeable within a few hours to two days for most people. Additionally, side effects such as bruising, allergic reactions, and post-treatment skin swelling may occur. If you wish to undergo skin treatment after Gouri, please wait one month before receiving it.
How long does the effect last?
Individual results may vary, but Gouli is said to last for several months because it takes relatively longer to break down beneath the skin. After injection, the skin naturally builds volume and lifts over about one month, supporting the increase of your own collagen.
Should I get Gouri treatments regularly? If so, how often?
At Bianca, local anesthesia is standard for Gouli procedures and is included in the treatment fee. For those concerned about pain, we also offer nitrous oxide anesthesia as an option (¥6,050 per session). While rarely used for Gouli procedures, Bianca can also accommodate anesthetic cream (¥3,630 per area) or block anesthesia (¥19,800 per session). Please consult with us regarding these options as needed.
What's the difference between Gouri and Jubellock?
Gouri and Shuveluck are both skin-nurturing injections that stimulate fibroblasts using components employed in thread lifts to support collagen production. Gouri primarily contains PCL (polycaprolactone), while Shuveluck primarily contains PDLLA (poly-DL-lactic acid) and hyaluronic acid. The PCL in Gouri is liquid-based, allowing it to spread evenly and deliver a natural, youthful appearance. In contrast, the PDLLA in Shuveluck is particle-based, making it ideal for precise, pinpoint injections.

Is Gouli available to anyone?
