Nose tips are possible too! BIANCA's original special technology
“Injection Technique Using the ”BIANCA METHOD"
Dr. Kazuaki Hotta, Chairman of BIANCA, spent over a decade developing the BIANCA Hyaluronic Acid Method. This original BIANCA technique achieves noticeable results with minimal injection volume. At our clinic, physicians trained in the BIANCA Hyaluronic Acid Method perform treatments with meticulous care.
Beyond wrinkle improvement, we can address various areas including shaping the nasal tip, bridge, and tear troughs; adding volume to lips and forehead; and contouring the jawline and chin. Hyaluronic acid injections for the nasal tip, in particular, require advanced technique. We also perform revisions for hyaluronic acid injections received at other clinics.
The appeal of the BIANCA Hyaluronic Acid Method lies in its beautiful, natural results immediately after treatment. Please feel free to consult us first about any concerns regarding the treatment area.

CHARACTERISTICSWhat is hyaluronic acid injection?
Hyaluronic acid injections involve directly injecting hyaluronic acid formulations into targeted areas using a syringe to improve wrinkles, enhance facial features, and contour the face. The injected hyaluronic acid helps maintain collagen tissue, boosting skin elasticity, moisture retention, and flexibility to promote a youthful, firm complexion. The procedure causes minimal pain and downtime, and makeup can be applied immediately afterward.
Hyaluronic acid is a substance naturally present in the body, offering the advantage of minimal risk of side effects or allergic reactions from injections. The duration of its effects varies by formulation but generally lasts approximately 6 months to 2 years. While hyaluronic acid injections are relatively easy to try, the procedure's outcome and effectiveness are significantly influenced by the skill of the treating physician.
High-Precision Treatment Using the BIANCA Hyaluronic Acid Method
Our clinic utilizes the specialized “BIANCA Hyaluronic Acid Method” to perform treatments on challenging areas such as the nasal tip. The BIANCA Hyaluronic Acid Method is an original technique developed by Director Hotta over more than 10 years. Our strength lies in this injection method, which achieves significant results with minimal product volume. Additionally, our clinic offers revisions for hyaluronic acid injections performed at other clinics, as well as re-injections following hyaluronic acid dissolution.
BIANCA CLINIC's hyaluronic acid injections are customized treatments that adjust not only the injection sites and volume but also the technique, all while considering the overall balance of the patient's face. We cater to a wide range of needs, from subtle enhancements to procedures that dramatically transform your appearance.

Recommended Features
RECOMMENDED POINTSFor First-Time Hyaluronic Acid Injection Patients
Hyaluronic acid injections, a popular minimally invasive cosmetic procedure, are an ideal first choice for those new to aesthetic medicine. With minimal downtime and quick treatment times, they're an easy option even for busy individuals.
Hyaluronic acid injections are all about design. We aim for natural-looking results without overdoing it, considering not just the injection site but the overall facial balance. For first-time hyaluronic acid injection patients, we strongly encourage you to review case examples on our clinic website and each doctor's Instagram to visualize the post-treatment outcome. When booking your appointment, you can request a doctor who has performed cases closest to your desired results. Hyaluronic acid injections are a treatment where results can vary significantly depending on the doctor. We recommend thoroughly checking case examples before your visit.
What are the benefits of performing tip rhinoplasty with hyaluronic acid injections?
The tip and bridge of the nose are particularly popular areas for hyaluronic acid injections at our clinic. The major benefits of hyaluronic acid injections for nose tip shaping are a natural finish and immediate results. The ability to elevate the nose tip without surgery is also appealing for those concerned about pain or downtime. A sharply defined, elevated nose tip creates a more defined and sculpted impression across the entire face. Since the nose and chin are crucial areas determining facial balance, you will likely notice a change in your overall appearance after treatment.
However, hyaluronic acid injections into the tip or bridge of the nose present challenges in determining the appropriate dosage and selecting the right formulation. Concerns exist, such as the risk of the filler spreading laterally, potentially making the nose appear larger, and the possibility of post-operative swelling, pain, or bruising. In this regard, our clinic has extensive experience in surgical procedures. Rest assured, our physicians, who have dedicated themselves to avoiding serious risks, will handle your treatment. The natural and beautiful results are highly praised by many of our patients.
Correction of Hyaluronic Acid Injections Performed at Another Clinic
Our clinic also provides revision treatments for patients who have received hyaluronic acid injections elsewhere. We can address virtually any area, including the forehead, tear troughs, nose, nasolabial folds, sunken cheeks, and jawline. If you are dissatisfied with your previous results, we encourage you to try our revision treatments.
When visiting our clinic, please confirm the following details beforehand: - Treatment date - Clinic where treatment was performed - Type of hyaluronic acid used - Amount injected This will help ensure your consultation and redesign proceed smoothly.
Additionally, during revisions, we may perform the dissolution and removal of previously injected hyaluronic acid as necessary. When hyaluronic acid dissolution is required, after administering hyaluronidase (an enzyme that breaks down hyaluronic acid) at our clinic, re-injection is possible after 72 hours, or after a two-week interval for the nose.

FILLERS
Juvederm Volux Series
“This series is acclaimed as ”the world's highest-grade hyaluronic acid." Its smooth finish is a key appeal, with effects lasting over a year. A defining feature is how its high-molecular and low-molecular hyaluronic acids efficiently bond together without gaps. Its ease of injection and shaping now enables volume enhancement in the lips and around the mouth—areas previously difficult with conventional formulations.
Restylane/Restylane Lift
Restylane is a hyaluronic acid formulation with extensive clinical experience worldwide. It was the first non-animal-derived stabilized hyaluronic acid injectable approved by the U.S. FDA and is also approved by Japan's Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare. It can be injected into various areas such as the eye area, temples, cheeks, around the mouth, and the jawline.
Beloterro
Verotero (formerly: Eselis) is known as the fourth-generation hyaluronic acid, characterized by its “multiple high-density matrix” cross-linked structure. It blends easily and minimizes unevenness even in areas with thin skin, delivering a natural and beautiful finish. This formulation also improves fine wrinkles in the superficial dermal layer, an area where conventional hyaluronic acids often fall short.

Frequently Asked Questions About Hyaluronic Acid Injections
Q&ADoes hyaluronic acid injection hurt?
The standard hyaluronic acid injection method uses an extremely fine needle, so the pain is not particularly intense. At our clinic, we use special needles designed to minimize discomfort, allowing you to undergo the procedure with greater peace of mind.
Additionally, pain may occur after hyaluronic acid injections. Applying cold to the area may provide some relief, but if the pain persists, we can prescribe pain medication. Please consult us immediately.
What should you avoid doing after hyaluronic acid injections?
After hyaluronic acid injections, please refrain from massaging or applying pressure to the injection site for about one week. Additionally, avoid any activities that place strain on the treated area. Please also avoid strenuous exercise, alcohol consumption, and prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or high temperatures.
When can I start wearing makeup after hyaluronic acid injections?
You may resume your usual routine immediately after the procedure. You can wash your face and use cleanser on the day of treatment, so you may remove makeup as you normally would. However, to minimize stress on the hyaluronic acid injection sites, we recommend applying makeup carefully to avoid the treated areas.
Are there any common side effects that can occur after hyaluronic acid injections?
During the post-treatment downtime, side effects such as swelling, redness, and bruising may occur. However, these symptoms often subside within a few days, and bruising is usually mild enough to be covered with makeup.
When can I take a bath or use a sauna after hyaluronic acid injections?
You may bathe on the day of your treatment. However, since your body warms up and blood flow increases, making swelling more likely, we recommend limiting yourself to a light shower. Saunas should also be avoided for the same reason. If you absolutely must bathe on the day of your treatment, limit yourself to soaking in lukewarm water for about 5 minutes. From the following day onward, you may bathe as usual.
When can I resume exercise after hyaluronic acid injections?
You may resume normal activities starting the day after your treatment. Please refrain from strenuous exercise that causes sweating on the day of your treatment, as this may increase the risk of swelling or bruising at the treatment site. However, activities such as walking or doing light household chores are acceptable.
When can I go to the dentist after getting hyaluronic acid injections?
If hyaluronic acid injections are administered in the nasolabial folds or lips, it is advisable to avoid dental treatment for approximately two weeks after the procedure. If you have scheduled dental treatment following hyaluronic acid injections, please be sure to consult not only our clinic but also your regular dentist.
Can I combine hyaluronic acid injections with other cosmetic procedures?
When receiving other treatments after hyaluronic acid injections, please wait approximately two weeks to avoid placing additional stress on your skin. If you plan to undergo another treatment, please be sure to consult with us beforehand.
However, it is possible to undergo other aesthetic medical procedures before hyaluronic acid injections. Examples include HIFU, Dermapen, photofacials, peels, and hair removal. However, for treatments that cause downtime such as redness or swelling, it is preferable to wait about one week until the symptoms subside before receiving hyaluronic acid injections.
Is it okay to use a facial device after hyaluronic acid injections?
Please refrain from using facial devices for approximately one week after hyaluronic acid injections. Facial devices that enhance skin metabolism can cause hyaluronic acid to be consumed more quickly, reducing its longevity. Furthermore, friction applied to the injection site by facial devices can worsen redness and swelling. If you regularly use facial devices, please consult your physician regarding precautions after hyaluronic acid injections.
