Nasal tip reduction is a procedure that resolves bulbous noses or achieves a slimmer nasal tip by suturing the nasal cartilage—which causes the tip to appear rounded—from the outer edge toward the center of the nose.
This procedure removes excess fat (soft tissue) and reshapes the cartilage. Depending on the cause of the bulbous nose, it may be effective for some individuals but less so for others.
