Only those requesting hormone therapy or orthomolecular nutritional therapy requiring blood tests should send photos of their test results to the dedicated LINE account registered in step ②.
④ Implementation of Online Medical Consultations

・Cancer patients cannot undergo treatment. Those with a history of cancer should consult with us.
・This offer is available to individuals who have blood test results from within the last three months. To determine the required test items, please enter 【Hormones】 in our official LINE account. An image listing the necessary tests will be automatically sent to you.

※Please note that as we conduct examinations based on blood test results, certain examination items may be restricted depending on the specific tests performed.
・After Dr. Maeda's initial examination, female patients will be seen by Dr. Miyamoto for a gynecological ultrasound. Subsequent examinations will be conducted by Dr. Maeda.
・If you have not had a cervical cancer screening within the past year, or if you are 35 years of age or older and experience abnormal bleeding or irregular menstruation, we recommend a uterine cancer screening.
