How to Use the Matchmaking Service
Information about the referral system by patients attending our clinic 🎫.
❶ Tap "Medical Examination" on the menu bar of BIANCA official LINE
Tap "≡" in the upper left corner → ❸ Tap "Refer a friend
❹ Copy the "Reservation Link with Referral Code" and share it with your family and friends.
*If you make a reservation by phone, please provide the "referral code" or your referral's
Please tell us "1) your full name and 2) your telephone number.
❺ The handling of your referral will be reflected in accordance with our regulations after checking the status of your visit.
*There are conditions of application and items not covered. Please contact our staff for details.
❻ Please let us know in advance if you would like us to reflect on your referral.
⚠ Please make an appointment for yourself by phone or on the web after confirming your companion's visit.
Not applicable to merchandise for sale.
The total amount of the bill must be 10,000 yen or more excluding merchandising items.
