Preservé™ is a minimally invasive silicone breast implant procedure utilizing Motiva®'s tissue-preserving technology. This technique employs proprietary methods and instruments to enhance breast shape and size while preserving as much breast tissue and function as possible.
A 2.5cm incision is made beneath the breast. A specialized balloon is inserted beneath the mammary gland to expand the breast space, followed by insertion of the Motiva Smooth Silk Ergonomix 2® implant. This implant offers softness and stability, with the added benefit of being relatively less prone to inflammation. Furthermore, the silicone gel is engineered to adhere closely to the outer shell, reducing the risk of wrinkles or rippling forming on the shell surface. This ensures all areas adhere firmly, achieving natural movement. It is expected to provide a more natural appearance and maintain a beautiful shape over the long term.

At Prisave, we make an incision approximately 2.5 cm long at the underbust position and insert a specialized instrument. This instrument facilitates the separation of internal breast tissue and creates space for the balloon to be inserted next, minimizing damage to surrounding tissues. The instrument used to insert the balloon is also designed to minimize injury to internal breast tissue, gently expanding the space in a radial pattern.
Silicone implants are inserted through an incision below the breast using an insertion sleeve, allowing placement without manual handling of the silicone. This technique minimizes physical stress on the body, typically resulting in less postoperative pain, tissue damage, and inflammatory response. We will propose the optimal size and provide a detailed explanation of the breast augmentation process using Preserve. We will also explain the risks of surgery, the postoperative recovery period, and aftercare. Before proceeding with the design and procedure, we want you to feel fully satisfied. Design
We will design the incision site, the insertion points for specialized instruments, and the size of the specialized balloon on the chest.

We will administer anesthesia before beginning the procedure. The surgery takes approximately 30 to 40 minutes. While local anesthesia is possible, we primarily use intravenous anesthesia. For patients with significant anxiety about pain, general anesthesia can be used upon request.
Follow-up
After the procedure, we will check for any discomfort or changes in your physical condition. Please inform us immediately if you experience any discomfort. If there are no particular issues, you may return home the same day. Please keep your chest immobilized with a bust band for one week post-procedure. Please attend follow-up examinations the day after the procedure and one week later. After that, there will be regular check-ups at 1 month, 3 months, and 6 months. If no problems arise, the regular check-ups will conclude.

Q&AHow long do the peak pain and swelling from silicone breast implants (Prizav) typically last?
Pain typically peaks around two days after surgery, though it tends to persist for about a week. While individual experiences vary, most patients can manage their pain with pain medication. Tightness in the lower breast area where the incision was made usually subsides around three weeks post-surgery.
When can I start showering or bathing?
Showering is possible starting 3 days after the procedure. Once sutures are removed at the one-week follow-up appointment, bathing is also permitted. If you have any concerns, please consult your doctor and follow their instructions.
I'm worried about the pain. Will I be okay?
To minimize discomfort during surgery, intravenous anesthesia is used for the procedure. Local anesthesia is also an option. For patients who are particularly concerned about pain, general anesthesia may be used in some cases. Please consult with your doctor.
I have had breast augmentation surgery in the past. Can I undergo the Prisave procedure?
Preserve is limited to first-time breast augmentation patients. Preserve surgery can be combined with other procedures. Please consult your physician and follow their judgment.
After undergoing silicone breast implant surgery (Prisave), can I undergo examinations such as ultrasounds, X-rays, and mammograms?
Ultrasound and X-ray examinations can be performed without issue, though implants may appear white on X-rays. Regarding mammograms, there is a very rare risk of implant rupture due to the strong compression of the breast by the machine. In all cases, please inform the medical facility beforehand and confirm with them. Breast augmentation surgery does not fundamentally increase the risk of breast cancer.
Can I breastfeed after breast augmentation?
Breast-conserving surgery generally does not affect future breastfeeding. However, surgery cannot be performed during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.
After silicone breast implant surgery, is it okay to sleep on my back or stomach?
Sleeping on your back is fine, but please avoid sleeping on your stomach for about one month after surgery.
Is massage necessary after breast augmentation?
Regarding Preserve implants, contracture—where the area around the silicone hardens—is less likely to occur, so massage is unnecessary. While touching your breasts after surgery is fine, massage may cause inflammation or hardening, so it should be avoided.
