However, if you cancel your appointment, we will charge a re-examination fee at your next visit.
Purchases of ❷ skincare products of 11,000 yen or more
When you consult with us more than once regarding the details of treatment at ❸ other hospitals or treatment that has already been contracted,
If you do not purchase treatments or products totaling at least ¥33,000 on the day of your visit, we will charge a consultation fee of ¥33,000.
※3. ※5. The re-examination fee for Dr. Miyamoto and Dr. Maeda applies only when the visit is for consultation only.
— Please note the following regarding fees for Dr. Miyamoto's exclusive Female Sexual Function Clinic. —
First time visitors will be charged 11,000 yen and second and subsequent visitors will be charged 22,000 yen.
・If treatment or medication is prescribed during your examination, additional fees will apply.
・If it has been more than six months since your last visit, we will charge an initial consultation fee.
・If treatment is interrupted and resumed after a period of six months or longer, the initial consultation fee will still apply.
※4. Dr. Kida's counseling fee applies only to consultations (examination only), regardless of whether it is an initial or follow-up visit.
Monitor pricing and discount rates vary depending on the treatment's applicability, degree of change, and the level of exposure in photos/videos. Details regarding monitor status will be determined by the physician during your consultation.
