Tune Lifting® for Sharper Facial Lines
Tune Lifting is a treatment method using PrimeX. It is also called "Celebrity Lifting" or "Tune Face," and has been attracting attention mainly in Korea as a procedure that does not require an incision.
Tune-lifting with PrimeX combines high-frequency waves and ultrasound waves to simultaneously tighten and lift the skin. Ultrasound is used to address fatty areas and double chin, while high-frequency waves tighten the skin, leading to a more toned and refreshed contour. The use of multiple applicators for different purposes and treatment areas allows the treatment to be applied not only to the face but also to the neck, arms, and other parts of the body as well.

The ultrasound in PrimeX is a guided wave with low energy dissipation that targets adipose tissue. Ultrasound stimulation causes changes in fat cells, which are then processed through the body's metabolic processes.
Therefore, it aims to reduce adipose tissue volume and approach cellulite. PrimeX's ultrasound reacts only with fat cell membranes, so damage to other surrounding tissues can be taken into consideration.
In addition, the high frequency in Prime X is a 40.68 MHz frequency. It evenly delivers heat to the deep dermis and fat layers of the skin, producing collagen and other substances to address sagging skin before and after the procedure.

Approaches a wide range of aging signs
The high-frequency treatment creates frictional heat by vibrating the tissues and moisture inside the skin. The frictional heat occurs deep within the skin, and this heat triggers elastin and collagen production.
Since elastin and collagen are components related to skin elasticity, firmness, and wrinkles, their decrease leads to an increase in aging signs. PrimeX's radiofrequency treatment approaches a wide range of aging signs, including sagging, wrinkles, spots, and dullness.
In addition, thermal stimulation by irradiation draws out natural healing power and supports turnover. As turnover works at the skin's natural rhythm, it leads to healthy skin, and changes in acne scars can be expected.

Moderately warm and relaxing treatment
Prime X has a variety of applicators, but in all modes, the irradiated area is maintained at around 40°C (104°F). The irradiated area will only become gradually warmer.
Therefore, there is little or no pain or downtime as one might expect from a typical slimming procedure or surgical procedure. However, during the ultrasound procedure, a squealing sound may be heard and the skin may be suctioned. The power level is adjustable.

Although it varies depending on the applicator used, basically, special oil or gel is applied to the area to be irradiated. The treatment time also varies depending on the area to be treated, but is approximately 30-90 minutes.
If there is any pain or discomfort, please let us know immediately as the power level can be adjusted. After the irradiation is finished, wipe off the oil or gel and the treatment is completed.

Q&AHow often should Prime X be applied?
Bianca Clinic recommends one treatment every two to three weeks. When considered as regular maintenance, a treatment once a month is ideal.
How long does the treatment take?
It takes 30-90 minutes, depending on the treatment area and combination.
I do not like pain. Do I need to be anesthetized?
Prime-X does not cause strong irritation to the skin, so it rarely causes severe pain. Therefore, anesthesia is not necessary.
When can I start wearing makeup?
Makeup can be applied immediately after the procedure. However, do not rub too hard or use harsh skin care products.
When can I start bathing?
On the day of treatment, only showering is allowed. Bathing, sauna, and alcohol consumption may cause strong redness and heat sensation due to increased body temperature and blood circulation. Therefore, please refrain from taking baths or saunas until the redness and heat sensation has subsided.
Is there anything I should be aware of after Prime X?
You may feel a sensation of heat after the procedure. Be sure to drink plenty of water. A good rule of thumb is about 8-10 glasses per day. Strenuous exercise may also increase body temperature and circulation. Refrain from doing so until the redness and burning sensation has disappeared.
Can it be combined with other treatments?
It can be combined with various treatments. We may suggest PrimeX as sedation followed by Mesona J or Target Cool. Please consult with your doctor as the combination will depend on the patient's needs.
Is there anyone who cannot receive the treatment?
Pregnant, possibly pregnant, breastfeeding, having a pacemaker or other electronic device inserted, having a metal plate or silicone in the treatment area, or having a severe skin disease in the treatment area may not be able to undergo the Prime-X procedure. Please consult your doctor in advance.
