Customized lift-up for comprehensive care of your concerns
At Bianca Clinic, we offer several types of thread lifts, including Teslift. We select the most suitable thread based on your concerns and preferences, providing a customized lift. If you're troubled by facial sagging or nasolabial folds, please feel free to consult with us.
Thread lifts are procedures designed to minimize pain and downtime compared to surgical procedures, yet they tend to show noticeable improvements in sagging immediately after treatment. However, some individuals feel they did not achieve the desired results and consider their thread lift unsuccessful.
In fact, thread lifts are procedures where the doctor's skill level can affect the final results. In some cases, patients may experience pain, tightness, or indentations. Therefore, at Bianca Clinic, we conduct rigorous hands-on training and regular study sessions. Our doctors strive daily to refine their techniques, ensuring we provide treatments that satisfy the majority of our patients.

CHARACTERISTICSTeslift is
TESSLIFT is a special thread with barbs made from absorbable material. It is inserted under the skin to address sagging. TESSLIFT uses absorbable polydioxanone (PDO) material and features barbs. Another characteristic is its 3D mesh structure around the thread.
When inserted subcutaneously, the barbs grip the subcutaneous tissue, allowing the tissue to become embedded within the 3D mesh and integrate with it, thereby achieving a lifting effect. The barbs on the thread are not only located at the tip but also in the middle section, creating a structure that can grip the subcutaneous tissue at multiple points.
Therefore, a natural thread lift can make facial sagging and nasolabial folds less noticeable. Anesthesia is administered before inserting the threads, making this procedure suitable even for those concerned about pain.
Teslift insertion stimulates skin quality improvement
It has been reported that inserting Teslift triggers an tissue reaction around the threads, during which growth factors and cytokines involved in intercellular communication are released.
The insertion of Teslift triggers a healing response in the surrounding tissue, supporting collagen and elastin production. Teslift threads feature barbs and a 3D mesh structure, increasing the surface area in contact with the subcutaneous tissue. This design enhances the expected efficacy compared to conventional threads.
This treatment is designed to lift the skin while also improving skin quality, such as enhancing firmness, elasticity, and radiance. Since it works from within the skin, it is also popular among those concerned about nasolabial folds and sunken cheeks.
What are the properties and expected effects of PDO?
The PDO threads used in Teslift possess both the ability to stimulate the surrounding fat tissue and the property of being absorbable.
Therefore, a tightening effect around the Teslift insertion site can be expected, along with further facial firming. This occurs gradually as the threads are absorbed after insertion, resulting in a slow but steady change.
Additionally, Teslift is a thread that is naturally absorbed by the body. Its appeal lies in the fact that during the process from insertion to absorption, it stimulates cells and tissues, enabling lifting effects and supporting skin condition.
Benefits
MERITInstant lifting effect with Teslift
Because the special barbed thread firmly lifts the tissue, some individuals experience noticeable lifting effects immediately after the procedure.
Tightening while also improving skin texture
As the lift-up occurs, collagen and elastin are produced around the threads, resulting in skin that gains firmness and radiance.
No incisions are required, resulting in minimal downtime.
No incisions are made with a scalpel. The procedure minimizes scarring, is less noticeable, and is designed to be gentle on the skin, typically resulting in shorter downtime.
Recommended Features
RECOMMENDED POINTSTeslift's holding power is three times that of regular thread!
At Bianca Clinic, we offer various types of threads for thread lifts. Among these, the Teslift procedure allows the thread tip to be anchored in a Z-shape, achieving three times the holding power of standard threads. The incision is only about 2-3mm, making it virtually unnoticeable. Insertion is typically performed in areas that can be concealed by hair.
Additionally, the threads used in Teslift feature barbs, with a 3D mesh structure surrounding them. When inserted under the skin, the barbs grip the tissue, drawing the underlying tissue into the mesh. This mechanism ensures the lifting effect is maintained for an extended period.
This is ideal for those prioritizing lifting effects or seeking both facial tightening and skin texture improvement simultaneously.
At Bianca Clinic, our doctors recommend the most suitable threads for each patient's specific sagging concerns. We can also tailor thread selection to different facial areas. If you have any concerns or questions, please discuss them during your consultation.
Achieving a natural finish while considering facial balance
The causes of facial sagging vary from person to person. It may stem from a single cause, or multiple factors may be intertwined. That's why at Bianca Clinic, we conduct thorough consultations to identify the root cause of sagging. We listen to your concerns and ideal outcomes to deliver the best possible results.
Thread lifts are procedures designed to minimize pain and downtime compared to surgical procedures involving incisions. However, the skill of the practitioner can affect the outcome—over-tightening the threads may cause the skin to appear unnatural or tight, or result in uneven skin texture.
At Bianca, our physicians undergo rigorous hands-on training, possessing not only knowledge and technical skills but also design expertise. We provide an environment where physicians can hone their craft, constantly updating our techniques. Rest assured, you can entrust us with your care. We are confident you will find the ideal facial contour you envision.
Early anti-aging care and combinations with other treatments!
When you hear "thread lift," you might think of it as a treatment for sagging skin. While it's certainly popular as a procedure to address visible changes, it's also gaining attention as a way to proactively care for future sagging. At Bianca Clinic, we believe incorporating it early can contribute to anti-aging care.
Teslift can be performed as a standalone treatment, but it can also be combined with other procedures. Depending on your concerns, we can discuss combination treatments such as anti-sagging treatments like UltraCel Zi or Volnuma, hyaluronic acid injections, or skin booster therapy. Please consult with us.

Teslift Frequently Asked Questions
Q&AHow long does the Teslift last?
Results vary by individual, but typically last about 1 to 2 years. Teslift is known for its 3D mesh structure, which helps maintain results, offering the potential for long-term effectiveness. Additionally, it is absorbed by the body after a certain period, so you can rest assured.
How many Teslifts should I get?
When reviewing progress blogs of those who have undergone Teslift procedures, you may find specific mentions of numbers like 2 to 4 threads inserted per side. However, since the causes of sagging vary from person to person, the required number of threads and the type of thread needed differ for each patient. The doctor will determine and propose the appropriate approach during your consultation, so please share your preferences.
How long does the treatment take?
The Teslift procedure takes approximately 30 minutes. After designing and marking the area, we confirm the plan with the patient before administering anesthesia and performing the procedure. The time required varies depending on the number of threads used, so please inquire during your consultation if you have concerns.
When can I start showering or bathing?
Showering is possible starting the day of your procedure. As your body warms up, bruising and swelling may become more pronounced, so bathing is recommended to wait one week. Additionally, strenuous exercise, saunas, and alcohol consumption can increase blood flow, raising the risk of bruising and swelling. If sutures were placed near your hairline, please refrain from perms or coloring for a while.
When can I start wearing makeup?
You may resume normal activities the day after your Teslift procedure. However, please be careful not to press or rub your face forcefully.
What concerns is the Teslift procedure suitable for?
Thread lifts, including Teslift, are suitable procedures for those concerned about sagging jawlines, nasolabial folds, sunken cheeks, and loose skin under the chin or around the mouth. The type and number of threads used will vary depending on the degree of sagging and will be recommended during your consultation.
What material is Teslift made of?
It is made of polydioxanone (PDO), which is also used in surgical sutures. Therefore, the thread dissolves over time and is absorbed by the body. Additionally, polydioxanone acts on the surrounding fat, so with Teslift, you can expect a tightening effect from fat firming along with the lifting effect.
Is Teslift effective for preventing sagging?
Tesulift is effective not only for treating sagging skin but also for preventing it. The barbs and 3D-structured threads in Tesulift stimulate the subcutaneous tissue, supporting the production of collagen and elastin. Since it also aims to improve skin health, it can be performed on a wide range of people, including both men and women from their 20s to 60s.
