First-time patients are kindly requested to make appointments online.
With online booking, you can easily change your appointment time or cancel, and you can also fill out the medical questionnaire.
If the medical questionnaire is not completed in advance for your first visit, your counseling time may be shortened.

Can I change or cancel my reservation?

How to Change or Cancel a Reservation Made Online

Can I make an appointment on behalf of someone else, rather than the person receiving the treatment?

How can I make an appointment for surgery?

First, please visit us for a consultation only to determine the appropriate surgical procedure.

After consulting with the physician, if the patient wishes to proceed with the procedure, they will be required to complete the necessary paperwork and pay the surgery reservation fee (20%Once payment is received, you will be able to schedule your surgery date.

On the day of the surgery, the remaining balance (80You will pay the deposit (%), and then undergo the surgery.

Please note that we do not accept surgery appointments prior to counseling.

How do I schedule a post-operative follow-up appointment?

Post-operative follow-up appointments can also be scheduled online.

Please select the "Post-Treatment Follow-Up Examination and Monitoring Photography" option to make your appointment.

 

Are there any items I need to bring on the day?

First-time patients, please bring identification (My Number Card, driver's license, health insurance card, passport, etc.) for verification purposes.

For treatments (skin treatments and injection procedures), please bring your makeup tools as needed.
※Depending on the treatment, makeup may not be possible on the day of your appointment.
※Please note that makeup tools are not provided at the clinic.

Can I request a specific nurse?

We accept requests for specific nurses for dermatology treatments. (Injections and surgeries are excluded.)

How long does the treatment take?

Appointment details and patient needs vary, so please allow ample time for your visit.

Can I have both the consultation and the procedure done on the same day?

Can minors receive treatment?

18Individuals under the age of 18 are considered minors. For certain treatments, parental consent forms and the presence of a guardian may be required.

You may come to the clinic alone, and no documents are required.

【Laser and injection treatments, etc.】

Can I receive treatment while pregnant?

We kindly ask that pregnant individuals refrain from all treatments. We appreciate your understanding.

Can I receive treatment at the monitor price?

The price and discount rate for monitors may vary depending on the treatment applied, the degree of change, and the level of exposure in photos and videos.
For more details about the monitor, the doctor will make a determination during the consultation.

What types of anesthesia are available?

The type of anesthesia used varies depending on the procedure, but we offer topical anesthetic cream, nitrous oxide anesthesia, relaxation anesthesia, intravenous anesthesia, and general anesthesia.

How many visits are required for the surgery?

Depending on the procedure, the surgery date,1Follow-up examination after 1 month,3Follow-up examinations after one month are required for all patients.

Please inquire when visiting the clinic, as you may need to come in for procedures such as removing splints or sutures.

Is there a guarantee for the surgery?

The surgery warranty is valid from the date of the procedure.1This is for one year. If the doctor deems it necessary, we will perform a revision surgery, but fees for anesthesia, optional procedures, and fixation supports will be charged separately. Please inquire during your consultation for details.

Are there any restrictions after the treatment?

This varies depending on the treatment, so please inquire at the time of your appointment.

About Hyaluronic Acid Treatments

How long does it take for hyaluronic acid to be absorbed?

Most of our hyaluronic acid formulations last approximately 12 months, while formulations used for softer areas like tear troughs may last about 6 to 8 months.

Please note that the duration may vary from person to person.

How much does hyaluronic acid cost?

Our clinic charges an injection procedure fee of ¥24,200 (tax included).

Therefore, the total cost for the day will be the treatment fee + (desired area × number of hyaluronic acid vials required) + ¥2,420 (tax included) per injection site.

Hyaluronic acid is ¥84,700 (tax included) per 1cc syringe. For the nose (tip to bridge), it is ¥118,580 (tax included) per 1cc syringe.

Is it possible to receive treatment for multiple areas during a single visit?

It is possible.

A doctor will determine your eligibility during the consultation, so please speak with the counselor and doctor on the day of your appointment.

Does hyaluronic acid have any downtime?

Individual results may vary, but swelling and bruising may occur. Depending on the injection site and volume, swelling and puffiness tend to peak around 2 to 3 days after the procedure and gradually subside over time.

※The lips are an area prone to swelling. The forehead may experience longer downtime than other areas, and you may feel swelling or headaches. Swelling will gradually subside, and swelling may also occur around the eyes and nose.

Can leftover hyaluronic acid be injected into other areas? Also, what happens to the leftover hyaluronic acid?

At our clinic, we require the purchase of one vial (1 mL) per treatment area.

The remaining amount of hyaluronic acid will be injected as follows.

※1Medications that have been stored for over a month will be discarded as they are beyond their remaining injectable period.

When can I have other skin treatments after hyaluronic acid injections?

At our clinic, we ask that you wait two weeks before receiving any skin treatments following an injection.

Please also confirm with the clinic where the treatment will be performed.

Is the nasolabial fold considered one area on one side? Or is it considered one area on both sides?

Both sides count as one area.

After hyaluronic acid treatment, when can I have facials or K-beauty treatments?

At our clinic, skin treatments are possible if two weeks have passed since your procedure.

However, procedures that apply strong pressure to the hyaluronic acid injection site

We do not recommend this as it may affect the injected hyaluronic acid.

Please be aware that this will be your own responsibility.

Regarding Hyaluronic Acid During Fertility Treatment and Pregnancy

We are unable to provide all treatments during pregnancy.Please be advised in advance.

Regarding Saunas and Long Baths After Hyaluronic Acid Treatments

Can I bring my child with me to the clinic?

For safety reasons, we regret that we cannot accommodate children.

Regarding Payment

Are there fees for the initial consultation, counseling, follow-up visits, or requesting a specific practitioner?

Initial consultation and counseling fees are generally free of charge, but

Please note that for follow-up visits where only counseling is provided, Dr. Iwama, Dr. Miyamoto, and Dr. Maeda will charge a follow-up consultation fee of ¥3,300 (tax included).

However, Dr. Iwama's follow-up consultation fee will be waived for those who either: * Purchase or reserve the proposed treatment on the same day, or * Purchase skincare products totaling ¥10,000 (excluding tax) or more.


Regarding the Designation of Dr. Kida
The initial consultation fee at Dr. Kida's office is ¥11,000.
Additionally, if your follow-up visit consists solely of counseling, a counseling fee of ¥33,000 will be charged.

※Please note that our discount program cannot be used for any treatments performed by Dr. Kida.

 

※Additional fees may apply depending on the treatment: Vectra usage fee of ¥5,500 (tax included), VISIA usage fee of ¥3,300 (tax included).

What payment methods are available?

Cash, Credit Card (one-time payment only), Medical Loan (Aplus)FLEX) is available for use.

Medical loan payments may not receive approval results on the same day.

Can I pay in installments with a credit card?

Payment must be made in full at the time of checkout. Depending on your card issuer, you may be able to change the number of installments after checkout. Please contact your card issuer for details.

Are there any costs other than the surgery fee that will be incurred during the procedure?

In addition to the cost of the procedure itself, you may incur charges for anesthesia, support garments, blood tests, preoperative examinations, and other related fees.
Please note that for Dr. Hotta, Dr. Yatsugi, Dr. Iwama, Dr. Miyamoto, Dr. Maeda, and Dr. Uotani, an initial consultation fee of ¥5,500 (tax included) applies. When using Vectra, the fee is ¥5,500 (tax included), and when using VISIA, the fee is ¥3,300 (tax included).

What time does the clinic close?

Our clinic hours are from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

The last appointment time for new patients is 5:00 PM.

Please note that follow-up appointments are scheduled for 5:30 PM.
