First, I had ptosis surgery and an epicanthoplasty performed on my eyes one year ago.
Both the double eyelid width and eye opening have improved significantly, brightening up the eye area!
Regarding the nose, although this case was also suitable for maxillomandibular osteotomy due to significant midface depression and protrusion of the mouth area, rhinoplasty was performed at the patient's request.
The effect of nasal septum extension and alar base implants lifted the nose from its base, dramatically improving the midface's three-dimensional contour. The change is now on par with that achieved by facial contouring surgery.
And yet, despite making such significant changes, the nose looks very natural.
