Botox is effective for creating a refined smile around the eyes.
This treatment is performed outside of beauty clinics as well, but it's actually quite complex.
If it's too effective, it creates an unnatural look where the eyes don't smile. If it's not effective enough, it can cause deep wrinkles, especially around the outer corners of the eyes.
We adjust the injection site, depth, and volume according to the patient's facial features.
We'll explain our commitment to Botox treatments around the eyes.
Adjusting the outer corners of the eyes:
Injecting into the blue area → mild effect Injecting into the red area → strong effect
The mild option preserves natural expression lines near the outer corners of the eyes while eliminating deep expression lines, resulting in a natural outcome.
Injecting too far toward the outer corner of the lower eyelid can make smiling difficult, so we carefully adjust the height during injection.
Puffiness under the inner part of the eyes:
Some people don't gain weight even when looking up (i.e., it's not fat), and their dimples become more pronounced when they smile.
The cause is the movement of the orbicularis oculi muscle.
Improvement is achieved by injecting just one unit of Botox precisely at the target site.
However, injecting excessive amounts of Botox into the lower eyelid can weaken the orbicularis oculi muscle, potentially making dark circles more noticeable. Therefore, careful attention must be paid to both the dosage and injection site.
Brow Lift:
One unit is injected subcutaneously at the center and outer edge of each eyebrow to make it easier to lift the eyebrows and improve eye opening.
Choosing a Botox formulation:
I primarily use CoreTox.
The reason is that Coretox is less likely to trigger antibody production, even with a history of long-term, high-dose Botox use.
Once antibodies to Botox are produced, it becomes ineffective.
Therefore, we use formulations that are less likely to induce antibody formation.
Even if it has already become less effective, switching to Coretox is reported to provide a certain degree of lasting results.

The Benefits of Botox Treatment
Botox is one of the first techniques cosmetic doctors learn, but it is incredibly complex.
It's important not just to prevent wrinkles from forming, but to predict which wrinkles to preserve and which to eliminate while injecting.
Based on these results, we will adjust the injection sites, dosage, and layers to suit each individual patient.
We do not recommend changing clinics or doctors for each treatment session. By choosing a regular Botox provider and having the same doctor perform the procedure each time, you will achieve better results.
