今回は、アドバを用いた毛細血管拡張治療（鼻回りのにょろにょろ等）に着目。

1. What is ADVATx Laser?

ADVATx(アドバ)は、589 nmと1,319 nmのTwo wavelengths can be switched and irradiated from a single handpiece.最新レーザー装置。

２．どこで受けても一緒なの？

これが今回一番伝えたいこと！
アドバはどのクリニックで受けても一緒・・・ではありません！！
アドバに限らずどんなレーザーでもそうですが、
波長、出力、ショット数、当て方、、、、
誰が、どう当てるのか。
手技と設定の仕方で効果は大きく変わってきます。
BIANCAでは、試行錯誤を重ね編み出した方法で
ひとりひとりに合わせたカスタマイズ照射を行っております。

３．カスタマイズ照射ってなに？
カスタマイズ照射とは、肌のお悩み、肌質に応じて最適化されたオーダーメイドの治療方法is.
これにより、誰にでも同じようにただレーザーを当てるよりもより高い効果を望むことができます。
最初のステップとして、医師が患者様の肌をしっかり的確に診断することが不可欠です。
一部のクリニックでは、カウンセラーが施術を提案し、医師はほとんど患者様に会わないこともあるようですが
それでは適格な提案や診断は出来ていないでしょう。
BIANCAでは、医師が慎重に肌を診て、場合によっては肌診断機も用いて客観的な指標も取り入れます。

当院のメニュー設定として、
・1波長or2波長
・Dr照射の有無
も毎回判断しております。
波長に関しては、ほぼ全例で2波長用いているのが現状です。
（正直これに関しては、どんな方でも2波長やっておけば間違いないです。）

ニキビ、ニキビ跡色素沈着、毛細血管拡張、血管腫に関しては
2波長当てた後に＋αでDr照射を組み合わせてあげるのが圧倒的にオススメ！
血管腫や毛細血管拡張に関しては、
Dr照射すると、
その場で消えた！なんてこともよくありますよ(ケースバイケースですが)

そして、波長とＤｒ施術有無を決めた後は、
それぞれの波長での当てる範囲、出力、ショット数もその都度医師が設定し、
その指示書を元に、幾度となく研修を受けた熟練看護師が照射しているのです。

４．鼻回りのにょろにょろってなに？

鼻の下をみょーんと伸ばすと、
にょろにょろ血管が見えませんか？

わたしは、アドバを導入してから気になるようになりました（笑）

このにょろにょろは、”毛細血管拡張症”と呼ばれるものです。
別に害のあるものではありませんが、ちょっと気になりますよね。
人によっては頬にも見られたりします。
こういった血管病変も、安全に、そこまで痛みがなく、ダウンタイムもリスクも少なく治療できるのが
アドバの凄いところです。

こちらはDr照射での治療となります。
少しコツが必要なので、医師の腕の見せ所ですね。
1回でも効果を感じることがほとんどですが、
しっかり効果を定着させるためには3回程度の施術がおすすめです。

6. Regarding Downtime

However, it is not "zero"; after irradiation, the following reactions may occur.

・Redness：Disappears within a few hours to the next day

・Hot flashesA mild warmth lasting several hours

・Swelling or itchingIn rare cases, symptoms may persist for several days.

When combined with spot irradiation by a physician, redness may persist for several days, but it does not significantly restrict daily activities.
I think it's the kind of thing that can be covered up with concealer.

Points
・Makeup is permitted starting the day of treatment
・Sun protection and moisturizing are essential
・We recommend scheduling your treatment about one week before the event, rather than right before.
