【Regarding Subscriptions】
Q. What kind of system is a subscription?
A. This medical service offers a worry-free monthly flat-rate plan, allowing you to combine and receive your preferred treatments from a selection of carefully curated treatment menus.
A three-month commitment period is required after signing the contract.
Q. Can I join anytime I want? Is there a limit on the number of people?
A. Please note that registration may close without prior notice. (Please be aware that securing a slot is not guaranteed at the time of reservation.)

【Regarding Payment and What to Bring】
Q. What are the payment methods?
A. Automatic payments will be processed via credit card on the 1st of each month. Please note that we cannot accept payments in cash or other forms.
Q. What items do I need to bring when signing the contract?
A. You will need to complete a credit card authorization form, so please be sure to bring the credit card you will be using for payment.
【Regarding Reservations】
Q. Can I carry over appointments to the next month for months when I couldn't come to the clinic?
A. Usage is limited to the current month only. No carryover to the following month is permitted.
Q. For those who have already contracted a course with Bianca
A. You can use your course and subscription together.
However, we are unable to extend the course deadline by combining courses.
Please note that subscription treatments cannot be carried over to the following month.
Q. Can I change my plan mid-term?
A. If the change occurs within 3 months of signing the contract, a fee of ¥33,000 (membership fee and registration fee) will be charged.
3か月目以降に変更希望の際は、前月の15日までにお申し出頂ければ次月分からのプランの変更は可能です。ただし、ご変更のお手続きが必要になります。また、プラン変更後3か月間は同額プランの継続が必須になりますのでご注意ください。
Q. How to change your plan
A. You will need to complete the necessary procedures in person at our clinic.
You will need to complete the credit card authorization form again, so please be sure to bring the credit card you will be using for payment.
Q. If you wish to cancel your subscription
A. Advance application by the 15th of the previous month is required.
Please contact us by phone.
If you cancel within three months, a fee of ¥33,000 (membership and registration fee) will be charged when you renew your subscription next time.
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Q. Regarding treatment intervals
A. You must comply with our company's regulations.
Q. When is the deadline for changing or canceling a reservation?
A. Two days prior.
Changes or cancellations made on the day of or the day before will incur a ¥2,200 fee. Please contact us by phone.
