How Quantum Works
Although there are several handpieces available for the “Ignite RF,” at Quantum we use the one shaped like a long cannula.
There are two types of handpieces: the “Quantum RF10” (top photo) and the “Quantum RF25” (bottom photo). They differ in the length and diameter of the thin tip (cannula) and in peak power, and are selected based on the treatment area and purpose.

We deliver energy to the “foundation layer” deep beneath the skin—an area that is difficult to reach with surface-level irradiation.
With Quantum, a long, slender cannula is inserted under the skin to deliver thermal energy simultaneously and in three dimensions to the dermis, subcutaneous tissue, and subcutaneous fat.
RF thermal energy, which reaches a maximum temperature of 102 degrees, enables simultaneous heating of the fat layer and contraction of the surrounding tissues.
