Features
Characteristics
What is Larapeel?
Larapeel is a peeling product from Korea that combines alkali with LHA (capryloyl salicylic acid), an ingredient developed by the cosmetics company L'Oreal. Rather than artificially peeling off dead skin cells, it uses the action of LHA to dissolve unnecessary proteins in the skin and remove excess dead skin cells, which means it is less harsh on the skin.
In addition, while conventional peeling focuses on "peeling," Larapeel, a new concept peeling, also focuses on "filling." By penetrating the peeling agent into the skin, it promotes cell turnover, leading to plump skin from the inside.

The fourth generation peeling that nourishes the skin
Peeling is a treatment that uses chemicals to remove dead skin cells from the surface of the skin and promote skin turnover. Peeling has been used for a long time, but over time it has become a safer and more effective method.
- First generation AHAs (alpha hydroxy acids, such as lactic acid and glycolic acid)
- Second generation BHA (Beta Hydroxy Acid, also known as Salicylic Acid)
- Third generation PHA (polyhydroxy acid derived from AHA)
- 4th generation LHA (capryloyl salicylic acid)
The first and second generation are chemical peels that peel the skin little by little through a chemical reaction caused by applying AHA or BHA. The third generation is a non-peeling peel in which the peeling agent remains on the skin and exerts a peeling effect while increasing moisture, but it has the disadvantages of causing tingling sensation, redness after treatment, and peeling.
The fourth generation peeling that Larapeil falls under is a treatment that uses LHA to dissolve dead skin cells and melanin that have built up on the skin while delivering active ingredients deep into the skin. It removes dead skin cells in a process similar to natural exfoliation, so it is gentler on the skin and less irritating than previous peeling methods. It also focuses on filling the skin, penetrating the drug into the skin and promoting cell turnover. It encourages the skin to thicken rather than thin, resulting in plump skin.

The three main ingredients of Larapeel
Larapeel is made up of three ingredients: LHA, which removes dead skin cells, P-solTM, an alkaline ingredient, and Lipids, a lipid ingredient. The effects and roles of each ingredient are as follows:
LHA (Capryloyl Salicylic Acid)...A new ingredient developed by the cosmetics company L'Oreal. Unlike the acids used in chemical peels, it is lipophilic and removes dead skin cells slowly and evenly without irritating the skin.
P-solTM: A Korean patented alkali derived from natural oils. It produces collagen, elastin, hyaluronic acid, and other skin-firming ingredients, giving skin firmness.
Lipids (phospholipids): Natural skin structural material similar to the stratum corneum. They act as skin until damaged skin recovers, and strengthen the skin's barrier function.

Advice from Doctor BIANCA
Advice
■In Korea, it is also attracting attention as a skin care treatment.
Lalapeel is the latest peeling treatment originating from Korea. It became popular after a Korean actress introduced it on social media, so it is sometimes called actress peeling. Since there is almost no downtime, Korean actresses and K-Pop idols often undergo this treatment as a skin care treatment before filming. It is also recommended as a last-minute treatment before an event. Due to its popularity in Korea, it is becoming more and more popular in Japan as well. If you are looking to achieve skin that feels radiant from within like Korean actresses and K-Pop idols, this is a treatment you should definitely try.
■The more times you use it, the more effective it becomes.
Larapeel is recommended for those new to cosmetic medicine, as it is easy to feel the effects of increased skin moisture even after just one treatment. However, as the name "skin-nurturing peeling" suggests, Larapeel is characterized by the fact that you can feel the changes in your skin quality with repeated treatments. By repeating the treatments, you will be able to feel the effects of firmer, shinier skin. Since it puts less strain on the skin and there is almost no downtime, you can receive the next treatment in as little as one week! You can also maintain beautiful skin by receiving treatments in a short span of time. The recommended frequency is 1 to 1 treatments every 2 to 4 weeks. After that, repeating the treatment every 3 to 5 months will help with skin aging care.
■It is also recommended to combine it with other treatments to enhance the effect.
You can also combine Larapeel with other treatments to enhance the effect. After Larapeel treatment, the skin is in a state where unnecessary dead skin cells and dirt have been removed. Therefore, the penetration power will be higher than usual, and you will be able to receive more satisfactory skin treatment. There are many treatments that can be used in combination with Larapeel, so we will make suggestions after listening to your skin concerns.

Content of treatment
01 Doctor's examination/counseling
A doctor will examine and counsel you to check your skin concerns and condition. We will explain the treatment, its effects, and precautions, so please feel free to ask us any questions or concerns you may have. If you wish, we may combine other treatments.

02 Preparation for treatment
Larapeel treatment is performed after makeup has been removed, so patients are required to cleanse and wash their face beforehand.
03 Treatment
First, remove excess protein, dirt, dust, etc. from your face with a special foaming face wash called Lalafoam. Then, apply Lalafoam Basic (agent 1) to care for the surface of your skin. Next, apply Lalafoam Ultra (agent 2) to address the deeper layers of your skin.
04 Aftercare
After the treatment, we will apply a cream to finish and prepare your skin. It depends on the condition of your skin, but if there are no problems, you can apply makeup immediately after the treatment. You can also take a bath and wash your face on the day of the treatment. In addition, since the skin is prone to drying after the treatment, we ask that you consciously moisturize your skin by adding a mask to your regular skin care routine.
we also focus on minimizing downtime for treatments.
