From My Page, you can perform the following operations.

　┗You can make a reservation.

■Reservation List　
　┗You can check your reservations and modify or cancel bookings made online.

※Changes and cancellations via the web must be made at least two days in advance.

■Course List
　┗You can view a list of your current courses.

■List of Documents
　┗ You can review the contract, quotation, and consent form.

■Refer a Friend
　┗You can check the referral code required when inviting friends.

■Patient ID Card
　┗Please present this screen when you visit our clinic.
