Treatment for dark circles primarily includes the Hamra method (upper and lower eyelids), fat removal, and fat grafting. In recent years, the term “dark circle removal” has taken on a life of its own, leading some to mistakenly believe that fat removal alone will improve dark circles. However, dark circles actually result from both “bulging” and "hollowing," making it crucial to address both issues. Therefore, the Hamra method, or fat removal combined with fat grafting, is often necessary, with the specific procedure chosen based on the individual's condition.
In particular, the Hamra technique requires advanced skills and is not a procedure that can be mastered in a short period of time. I offer a high-quality Hamra technique based on the experience I have cultivated in plastic and cosmetic surgery.
Furthermore, the causes and conditions of dark circles vary from person to person. Therefore, if only specific procedures can be offered, the range of options inevitably becomes limited. My strength lies in being able to thoroughly handle all surgical techniques, which allows me to propose the truly necessary treatment method.
If you often look tired or aged despite getting enough sleep, this is especially recommended for you. Based on thorough examination and diagnosis, we will propose the optimal treatment for you. Please feel free to consult with us.
Eyelid surgeries include double eyelid procedures (buried suture and incision methods), ptosis correction, inner and outer canthoplasty, droopy outer corner correction, and glamorous line procedures. To achieve your ideal eye appearance, it's crucial to accurately assess factors like eyelid opening, thickness, position, and balance, then select the optimal surgical technique. In fact, facial impressions can change significantly not only through upper eyelid procedures but also through approaches targeting the outer corners or lower eyelids.
What I prioritize is not just achieving a natural look, but the technique to "bring you closer to your desired shape." Droopy-eye canthoplasty, in particular, is a highly advanced procedure performed by few surgeons. Unlike standard canthoplasty, it involves fixing the ligament to the periosteum, making it less prone to relapse. On the other hand, glamorous line formation is relatively prone to relapse. Even if the change feels "just right" immediately after surgery, it may feel like it has returned to its original state after several months. To achieve a significant change, reproducible technique is essential, based on understanding the appropriate direction and strength of traction, the anatomy of the surgical site, and predicting relapse. Without this technique, only a "subtle change" can be achieved. It is precisely because we possess the technique to create a significant change that we can also handle a wide range of natural changes.
Let's accurately assess your current condition and work together during counseling to identify the necessary procedures to help you achieve your ideal results.
Facial contouring treatments primarily involve liposuction and fat removal from areas such as the cheeks, under the jaw, jowls, buccal fat pads, and nasolabial folds. Achieving a beautiful facial contour requires a dual approach: not only removing excess fat bulges but also addressing skin laxity through treatments like thread lifts. Depending on age and individual condition, some patients may achieve satisfactory results with liposuction alone, while others may benefit from combining it with thread lifts to create a more refined facial line.
To achieve a beautifully defined facial contour, it is essential to comprehensively assess not only fat distribution but also skeletal and muscular factors such as jaw shape, masseter muscle development, and the tension of the parotid gland. Even slight changes in these elements can significantly alter the contour's overall impression. Combining treatments like Botox, hyaluronic acid, and fat grafting as needed often yields a natural, three-dimensional slimming effect. Treatment selection is truly customized.
A well-defined jawline can dramatically improve your photogenic appearance and overall look. We encourage you to schedule a consultation to discuss your options.

I asked about Professor Fujihashi's motto!
What I value most in aesthetic treatments is delivering tangible results without compromising natural beauty. Thanks to the knowledge and experience cultivated in plastic surgery, I possess the expertise to handle a wide range of procedures—from major surgical interventions that achieve significant change, to injectables, thread lifts, device-based treatments, and dermatological aesthetics. This comprehensive skill set allows me to offer holistic solutions that consider the overall facial balance, rather than merely addressing isolated areas.
In some cases, major surgical changes are appropriate, while in others, a "less invasive approach" can achieve a beautiful result. I believe the role of a cosmetic surgeon is to discern the appropriate level of intervention and options that enhance a person's natural charm without compromising it.
Aesthetic medicine achieves more than just outward changes. A refined appearance gradually builds confidence, empowering you to face daily life with a positive outlook. That's why I prioritize long-term planning, looking ahead months or even years beyond the initial treatment. I carefully balance your ideals with reality, aligning with your lifestyle and values, and sincerely propose "only the necessary treatments, when needed."
We provide medical care that embraces each patient's unique charm, ensuring that changes in appearance lead to daily comfort and confidence.
I tend to be a bit lazy when it comes to my own beauty routine, so I choose things that I can stick with without forcing myself, and that steadily build up positive changes.
The aesthetic treatments I personally love start with hair removal—a fundamental part of men's grooming. Not only does it create a clean look, but it also makes daily grooming significantly easier. It's one of the procedures I'm truly glad I had done. And then there's Botox—absolutely essential. It prevents expression lines, of course, but simply injecting it into the jawline also creates a slimming effect. I consider it the ultimate maintenance routine, easy to incorporate even when busy.
Furthermore, permanent makeup for eyebrows—which significantly shapes facial impressions—is a treatment I especially recommend for men. Simply having well-groomed brows tightens the overall facial impression, enhancing cleanliness and even masculinity. Additionally, I incorporate skin-nourishing injections and thread lifts within reasonable limits. Rather than dramatic changes, I prioritize "maintaining a naturally good state," so I prefer treatments that are easy to continue.
Switching from over-the-counter products to doctor-recommended cosmetics simplified my daily skincare routine and visibly transformed my skin texture. I'm now considering device treatments like Voluma and HIFU.
For cleansing, I primarily use SkinAmure's "SA WASH". About once or twice a week, I also incorporate ZO® SKIN HEALTH's "Exfoliating Polish".
In the morning, I use ZO® SKIN's "Balancing Toner," followed by Lekarka's "Peptide Serum," "Bright Rich Cream," and "Bright Moist Shine Mist." The "Bright Moist Shine Mist" is a mist I highly recommend because it's easy to use whenever I feel a bit dry during the day.
At night, after applying ZO® SKIN's Balancing Toner, I thoroughly moisturize with Daily PD and RC Cream. Depending on my skin's condition, I incorporate Lekarka's Lactope Proportion and FVC5 Bubble Pack, or SkinAmure's SA SERUM.
Before bed, I always apply "Useful Lip" from REVISION. It's a highly moisturizing lip balm that's very popular. For sunscreen, I use "MT Protect UV Gel" from MT® METATRON. It's lightweight and has minimal sunscreen scent, so I highly recommend it.
My hobbies are saunas, golf, and travel. I've been going to saunas for about five years now. It all started when I encountered a famous sauna during a trip to Kyushu, and I was hooked. I sweat thoroughly for 8 to 12 minutes depending on the temperature, then jump into a 10 to 15°C cold plunge for 1 to 2 minutes. After that, I savor the “recovery” time—doing three sets of this is my standard routine.
My golf game is still improving, but playing away from the city's hustle and bustle, surrounded by mountain greenery and gazing at the tropical sea, provides a wonderful change of pace. I also love traveling—spending leisurely time at hot springs or soaking in the tropical atmosphere of places like Okinawa or Miyako Island is the ultimate form of relaxation.
Having been part of athletic clubs throughout my student years, I still value physical activity today. Recently, I started personal training to maintain my physique, and after about ten months, I've gradually begun to see changes. This has reaffirmed the importance of consistency.
In my daily practice, this time has become an essential habit that helps me prepare both mentally and physically.
