At BIANCA, we offer a small amount of support to patients traveling from distant locations.
For those residing outside the Kanto region, we will subsidize round-trip transportation costs for receiving treatment as follows.

The total cost for the day's treatment and anesthesia (excluding tax) is

❶ Over ¥100,000: Up to ¥10,000 subsidy
❷ Over ¥200,000: Up to ¥20,000 subsidy
❸ 300,000 yen or more: Up to 30,000 yen subsidy
❹ 500,000 yen or more: Up to 50,000 yen subsidy

※Please be sure to submit the following two items.

Transportation expense receipts (round trip)
Please purchase round-trip tickets for public transportation and bring your receipt.
※Public transportation only
※Only receipts for public transportation alone are valid.
※Packages combining transportation and hotels, or tours, are excluded.
※Receipts issued by tour companies are invalid.

✓ Proof of current address: Driver's license, health insurance card, copy of residence certificate, etc.

Important Notes (When Services Cannot Be Provided)
・Those who submitted receipts or filed tax returns after accounting
・Those unable to submit public transportation receipts
・Patients who arrived at our hospital using transportation other than public transit (trains, planes, etc.)
(Highway tolls, parking fees, gasoline costs, taxi fares, etc., are not included.)
・Individuals whose current address cannot be verified
・Those eligible to receive it via monitor
・Packages combining transportation and hotels, or tour packages, are not eligible.
・Permanent makeup is excluded
・Product sales (needles, oral medications, packs, cosmetics, etc.) are excluded.
