How to use "Enmusubi"
Current patients can use these points by referring new patients to our clinic.

❷ Tap “≡” in the top left → ❸ Tap “Refer a Friend” → ❹ Copy the “Reservation Link with Referral Code” and share it with your friends.
*When making a reservation by phone, please provide the "referral code" or the "① full name and ② phone number" of the person who introduced you.
❺When your friend comes to the clinic, you will also receive points according to the reward system. The person who introduced you can collect the points and use them all at once. (For example, if you introduce 10 people, you can use 10 yen at once.)
❻Please notify us in advance when using referral points.

Transportation expense subsidy system
BIANCA will provide a small amount of support to patients who come from far away.
For those who live outside the Kanto region, we will subsidize the round-trip transportation expenses when receiving treatment as follows.
The total cost of treatment and anesthesia for the day (excluding tax) is
- ❶ 10 yen or more: subsidy up to 1 yen
- ❷ 20 yen or more: subsidy up to 2 yen
- ❸ 30 yen or more: subsidy up to 3 yen
- ❹ 50 yen or more: subsidy up to 5 yen
*Please be sure to submit the following two items.
Receipt for transportation expenses (round trip)
Purchase a round-trip ticket on public transport and bring your receipt.
*Public transportation only
* Only receipts for public transportation alone are valid.
* Not applicable for transportation and hotel packages, or for tours.
* Receipts written by tour companies are invalid.
Proof of current address Driver's license, insurance card, copy of resident card, etc.
Precautions (if you cannot receive the service)
・Persons who submitted receipts or filed declarations after accounting
・Those who cannot submit receipts for public transportation
・Those who came to the hospital by means other than public transportation (trains, planes, etc.)
