This double-buried suture method creates a suture knot on the inner side of the eyelid by threading the suture through from the back without damaging the eyelid surface.
Even with your eyes closed, you won't have to worry about the rumbling of the thread ball being noticeable.
To minimize swelling and avoid damaging the eyelid, the suture knots are carefully positioned so they do not protrude toward the cornea, making this a low-impact procedure for the eye.
