Full Nose Job Revision
The surgical field was expanded to repair the underlying cartilage structure, correct the hump to straighten the nasal bridge, and replace it with a new prosthesis. The nasal tip cartilage was refined into a smaller polygon shape with septal extension to project it forward sharply, transforming the large nose into a smaller, pointed one.

Until we open it up, we won't know how much of the cartilage is healthy.
